Here is your chance to own this very nice example of a 1970 white VW Beetle with original 59. 00 miles on the clock.

First registered 13 04 1970 this lovely car has only had 4 owners. the previous owners had her for 18 years.

Please bear in mind that this car is 43 years old and does show signs of wear. having said that it is a really nice example of an unmodified 1970 beetle. something that is getting harder and harder to find nowadays and appreciating in value. Would be a perfect car for an original restoration.

Understandably it has had some paintwork over the 43 years and has been fitted with 2 second hand doors. has had limited welding but is in generally good condition.   Heater channels are both sound.

The interior is very tidy. the dashboard has never had any modifications so no additional holes or switches. It has never had a stereo fitted so original blanking plate still in place. It still has the cardboard glovebox which is in great condition. This particular model came fitted with a rubberised floor mat which is in excellent condition. The seats are the standard black basket weave vinyl and have no rips or tears as can be seen in the pictures. There are no rear seat belts but these can be easily fitted if required.

Under the bonnet the factory fitted cardboard liner and spare wheel are still in great condition. the spare wheel has never been fitted so still has the original plastic clips attaching the water bottle.

The 1300 engine is mechanically sound and has been recently serviced with new HT leads. dictributer cap and new plugs. Has been fitted with a solex carb and electronic ignition with 009 distributer during its life. As stated before has only covered 59. 00 from new and included are all MOT's dated from 1986. Has only driven 38. 00 miles in the last 27 years.
