This rare Opal two seater convertible looks superb as can be seen in the photos below. The buyer will be highly delighted with this car and it is ready to be shown at any classic car rally.

According to the internet. this classic Austin Seven Opal Two Seater Tourer is one of only 63 known survivors of the 700 that were built.

The car was registered new in 1938 and still retains it's original registration number FHT768.

It was totally rebuilt and restored during 2010 and 2011 by members of the Cornwall Austin Seven Club to a superb standard that is close to Concours. The history file contains some photographs showing the restoration along with an original old Log Book and old MOT certificates.

Although the car is now MOT exempt as it was manufactured prior to 1960 it's MOT runs until July 2013. The Free Historic Road Tax until the end of June 2013 is on the windscreen.

The Austin Seven is well supported by numerous owners clubs who can be relied upon to help keep these wonderful historic cars on the road.

The buyer will be happy and proud to be seen in this car at any of the classic car rallies that are held throughout the year and it is likely to prove to be an excellent investment.
