Good day. Just a couple questions to shoot your way. Is it available? If so how many offers do you usually get (I ask because it may be a few months for me to make any actual traction on the process, I'm in Japan.) Where is she located. And finally, I really hate to ask, but my limit is basically $40,000, could you float around there?
