This 1959 Oldsmobile was originally purchased from Eastown Motors in London Ontario.
In 2004 the original owner sold the Olds. with 44. 00 miles. to the second owner. who then sold it to the current owner three months later. The car comes with complete documentation. including original bill of sale. the original owner's log from the date of purchase. the original Shop Manual. with personalized letter from the General Manager of General Motors of Canada. and invoices for services done from 1959 to the date of sale.
This Olds is in very good condition. a true survivor. The 315 horsepower. 394 cubic inch Oldsmobile Rocket V8 engine and Hydra-Matic transmission work like new. The interior. with the original Fawn and Beige leather. Morocceen and pattern cloth upholstery. is in excellent original condition. The dash and instrumentation are like new. The glass and chrome are in very good condition. The power steering. brakes. windows and seats. work excellent. The Super Deluxe signal-seeking Wonderbar radio with floor control still belts out oldies on the AM radio. This Olds has a new set of correct Coker tires. deluxe spinner full wheel covers. and drives like a dream.
This Olds was professionally repainted in 2007. maintaining the original Golden Mist factory color. There is some minor rust on the undercarriage. above the gas tank there appears to be two floorpans a upper and lower. the lower has rust issues and the the upper pan appears to be fine. The owner also has a factory original drivers rear fender that will come with the car.
The odometer now reads 46. xx miles. Included with the sale(if the buy it now button is used) are two original leather-bound Oldsmobile dealer manuals. used by the dealership to assist the customer in custom ordering the 1959 Oldsmobile.
