1990 BMW 3-Series for sale

Up for sale is a very strong 1990 BMW e 30. Black with tan interior. 5-speed manual. Super fast and powerful - A blast to drive! I have had it for 3 years and we are having a baby. so I need to let it go. I have driven it as a daily driver (from LA to OC - 26 miles) and it has never let me down.
It's a 1990 with original paint. so it's not perfect in that regard. There are some scratches on the hood and dings here and there. but nothing major. The bumpers have cracked due to age.
The title is clean and not been an accident.
Dash has no cracks. Windows are tinted. Floor mats are new. At ~160. 00: a new timing belt. new water pump. belts. coolant were installed. Engine oil changed regularly. Transmission shifts through all of the gears nice and smooth and new clutch was also installed recently. Tires are all matching and have about 65% to 70% life left. Dash is crack free.
Other minor things to fix include radio (antenna doesn't go up). Sunroof crank cover cracked and broke.
Computer trip thing doesn't seem to work (or I just never took the time to figure it out)
I have two keys and two spare tires (1 with full mesh rims) and some new extra outside trim parts. I also have original basic tan seats and two sport steeringwheels and other misc. other parts.
