1980 TR 8--It is a total ground up restoration--top to bottom. taken apart. stripped and bare metal painted in Diablo yellow- this exact car is picvtured on the back of Roger Williams book " How to Improve Triumph TR 7. TR 7-V 8. TR 8"
Some but not all the specifics include:
Underside stripped. painted. no patches. looks new
New 4. 0 Rover engine with less than 6000 miles on it--built by Woody Cooper at the Wedge Shop in Taunton. MA. + or - 300 HP. headers. mild cam. Holley 350 carb . MSD etc
5 speed
No rust
Complete interior restoration with Fiero seats. with speakers in head rests
Willwood discs up front and brake proportioning valve
Ford 8 inch rear end with discs
Stainless exhaust
Upgraded sound system
Poly bushings all around
Working AC (GM)
New sound system -IPod compatible
KYB shocks and struts Recent high end cloth top (grey)
Aluminum radiator and electric fan
All fluids changed 2013 Complete tune 2013 New fuel pump. Holley carb. front struts and ball joints 2013

Am selling only because I have retired and want to purchase home in SC. I have owned two TR 8 s and do not think there is a better one in the country.
BE ADVISED THAT IN RI CARS THAT ARE OVER 25 YEARS OLD DO NOT REQUIRE A TITLE TO REGISTER NOR WILL THE STATE ISSUE A TITLE. CLASSIC CARS ARE REGISTERED ON A BILL OF SALE ONLY. I HAVE THE TITLE FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER AND A FULLY DOCUMENTED RI REGISTRATION
