Well. my dream is over. I brought this car 1 year ago as I wanted to drive my other half and our kids around in the summer. this was to give them found memories of the car they called Blue Bell.

I wanted it to be safe. it had no rear seat belts. I paid £500 to get these and have them fitted to the highest safety standard. as my children were to ride in it. I ensured all checks must be done on this car. The engine was serviced. all fuel lines changed so no chance of fire. I brought a fire extinguisher. everything was done to make this car as safe as possible. Then. when I got it back my other half took one look at the rear seat belts. seeing they are only lap belts she wouldn't let the kids go in it. gutted.

So I have driven it for 1 year covering on 400 miles but it is time to find a new home.

It had a new roof

in 2009

at a cost of around £1000 fitted and looks great. water tight. a Klaus herman mayer imported from Germany. I also have the white tonneau cover which clips on completing the look.

Both doors have been imported from the USA by the last owner and refurbished to a very high standard and at great cost.

bringing strength and safety to the car. The heater channels are fine and not connected. The history of the car has been traced back with its extras listed. this is in the documents. it shows the car was orange at birth and had some extras fitted at the factory. heated rear window. cigarette lighter. textile radial tyres and a clock.

The paintwork is ok but needs a little touch up in areas. there is a small split in one of the rear wings as seen in the photo but included in the sale is two rear wings. Driving this people have stopped me and said how fantastic it looks but I would advise you come and view before you buy.

I had a new relay fitted as the battery didn't charge well. I also put a new battery on so she starts very well.

Inside the rear seats and door cards have been changed to Tan. I have the tan front seat covers to complete it. there are no carpets fitted. I also have a new rear parcel shelf which I believe is in tan.

It have the original stereo. spare wheel + jack and I have the original steering wheel as an aftermarket one if on it at the mo.

The front wheel well has a very small split which is not a problem and could easily be repaired.

It was MOT a few days ago so comes with 1 year on it. as my insurance has run out I cant get the tax even though this is free!! It ended 31 st March. I have had to declare it SORN

Loads and loads of history comes in the folder for this car dating back many years showing how well it has been looked after. It even comes with spare keys!!!

I also have a right hand drive dash with it as I planned to convert it.

Purchased a newcar cover for it. I will include this in the sale.

I really will be sorry to see this go. it is a safe car with no major problems it is 40 year old so please do bear this in mind. I would advise you come and view.

You would be driving away a head turner which starts first time every time.

Advertised else ware on other sites so could go anytime.
