1948 Mercury Street Rod for sale

Professionally appraised to be in excellent condition and valued at $34. 00. this Mercury has been my hobby for the past 26 years.
Only the best of components have been used. It has very low mileage since it got back on the road and less that 400 miles since it was completed.
The interior still smells new on this car show award winner.
Drivetrain: 355 Chevy with Comp Cams Magnum 270 cam and roller tip rockers. Edelbrock 600 carb and Performer intake with K&N 5" tall air cleaner. HEI ignition. Mattson custom radiator with pusher fan to supplement mechanical fan and shroud. Muncie wide ratio 4-speed with Hurst shifter. Chassis Engineering engine and transmission mounts.
Suspension: Raised front crossmember with reversed eye spring. rebuilt king pins. rebuilt Saginaw manual steering. custom bent pitman arm to avoid bumpsteer. front disk brakes. SAC parallel leaf rear suspension. Maverick rear end with 3. 55 gears and sway bar. 15 x 7" and 15 x 8" American Racing Daisy wheels with 195/60-R 15 and 235/75-R 15 tires.
Interior: GM tilt column. Le Carra leather steering wheel. new gauges for gas. temp. oil. and volts. Kenwood KDC stereo system. Ron Francis wiring. custom interior with blue carpeting and white and blue tuck and roll to include seats. door panels. headliner. sun visors. rear shelf and trunk including spare tire. custom door-pulls in armrests. in-trunk battery with heavy gauge cables to the front. rebuilt speedometer. clock reworked with quartz movement. new flat glass. new weather stripping.
Body: Custom blue/grey metallic basecoat/clearcoat paint by House of Hot Rods on a laser-straight body. Mustang side mirrors. replated chrome trim. custom-fit California Car Cover.
