This is a 1969 AMX that is in mint condition and considered a “true show car” in the appraisal report with an odometer reading of 44. 19. It is one of 2183 originally built in 1969. The car was painted in the last year in a Forest Green with white stripes and a tan interior. The car has no rust inside or out at all and all mechanicals are in like new condition or have been replaced. The engine is the original 390 which was rated at 315 hp and 425 lbs of torque and has been completely rebuilt from the crank up into a hi-performance engine rated at 380 hp and 495 lbs of torque connected to a 4 speed transmission with a Hurst shifter and posi-traction. The engine has a mild cam and headers which makes for an assume sound.
All of the glass is good condition with no chips and the tires are the original AMC rally wheel that have been redone and on Goodyear tires that are in new condition.
The car has power steering and front disc brakes and AM/FM radio.
The car was professionally appraised last fall at $34. 00 and the appraisal report along with the vehicle condition report from the appraisal company is available for a serious buyer to review as well as the company that has done all of the mechanical work is prepared to talk to any serious buyer as well as all bills are available.
The vin number is A9M397X125350 and the door plate reads R004685/6939-7/936F/71A/E011473.
