Hello and welcome to the sale of a 1959 Chevy Apache panel van

This truck is better then any panel van on here I have seen and the prices some people are asking are a joke. This is a very rare truck in the UK. This being the only one a wheels day!

This truck is solid with no rot and has new front floor pans fitted. It's painted in caribbean turquoise and has a white roof. grille and bumpers which is a very period colour scheme. The headlamps are new and so are the backlights they all work as they should. It runs a 327 V8 motor hooked up to a GM400 trans it also has a B&M floor shifter which works well.   Engine is very strong with that nice V8 gurgle. Front and rear suspension is still stock and still runs its 6 stud wheels. The breaks are all standard. non-servo with drums all round. Have all been rebuilt and adjusted up correctly. New wheel bearings. shocks and bushes all round. Had a new windscreen fitted with a new rubbers however a chip in the screen has appeared. The inside is original apart from the bench seat which is out of a cadillac Deville. It is very comfortable with no rips. The door panels and dash will be painted to match by the end of the auction. The temperature gauge works. but the other dials do not at the moment. I was planning to fit a new clock.  This truck needs finishing but all of the hard work has been done! Ideally could do with mustang 2 front end and a 9 inch rear end these kits are becoming very available.  Could also be fitted with airbag suspension for that ultimate look.
