For sale is my MORRIS MINOR 1000 TRAVELLER 1970. which is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. THIS CAR IS ADMIRED WHEREVER IT GOES. IT IS A JOY TO DRIVE.
THE FOLLOWING RESTORATION WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED:
TOTAL PAINT RESTORATION (AQUA GREEN)
ENGINE replaced with an UNLEADED 1098cc A series unit. The total milage of this engine is 7500.
All WOOD was replaced in 1995.
A RECONDITIONED GEARBOX is fitted (bought from the Morris Minor Centre in Birmingham) in 2011.
FRONT DISC-BRAKES were fitted in 2011.
TWO AUXILIARY LIGHTS AT THE FRONT.
THE CAR HAS A LARGE HISTORY FILE
I am the 7th owner of the Morris
I have owned "BEATRIX" (BTX599J) for two and a half years. My first choice was a Riley 1. 5/Wolseley 1500. but I could not find one when I was searching for a classic car. The Traveller was my second choice. I have now found a Wolseley 1500. but I am regretfully unable to garage two classic cars. hence the sale of the Morris.
I am asking £6500. but a near offer will be considered.
The car is advertised elsewhere and may be withdrawn at anytime.
I would recommend viewing because I feel it will impress any viewer. I feel the first to see will buy.
