Ready to Drive - Taxed & Mot - Just in time for the summer.
Fully restored Three years ago by MG Sports Specialists (Stanbridge Motorsports - Leighton Buzzard) and constantly being updated.
Too much money spent on car to put on advert (in case the wife sees it!) but do have all the invoices and shows exactly what has been done.
The car was stripped down to its bones and all fixes made good including A wings and sills.
Both doors. both wings replaced. engine removed. refurbished and whole car resprayed.
Drives absolutely superb and even though some paintwork is starting to bubble. this will be the only work needed on this car to last the next 10 years .
Oil pressure steady at 55 - 60 and everything works as it should - if not better.
Many parts have been upgraded. air filters. exhaust. suspension. springs. wheels (nearly a new car in old clothes!)
Best Bits Fully Resprayed. Engine Out and refurbished Pancake Air Filters Full New Stainless Steel Sports Exhaust New Stainless Steel Petrol Tank Battery Cut Off Switch - that also acts as an anti theft device New Stainless Steel Petrol Tank New Suspension Springs Spax Shocks New Mini lite Wheels and Tyres Lotus Seats Convertible Roof recently dyed and waterproofed Very Reliable
Fitted Waterproof Cover
Owned for 4 1/2 years and previous owner was for 19 years. Drives superb and definitely looks the part with hardly anything to do but drive. Spares galore including original 'DECK Chair Seats' with Black Vinyl covers. Original Rostyle wheels etc that will be negoiated after sale.
Bad Bits Some paint bubbling around the car in usual places - headlight (final picture). bits on a wing and door.
Easy enough to get back to perfect condition. Engine not converted to lead free Engine bay could do with a little tidy.
Always loads of interest in car when out and about.
