1982 BMW 316 E21 AUTO BLACK POWER STEERING, LEATHER SEATS, LPG CONVERTED

IntroI have loved and cared for this car for just over 5 years and it has been a daily runner. It's with sadness and hesitation that I am selling. Due to some changes in my business policy I now need to drive a van.
Its reliable. the drive is as smooth as a modern vehicle. it's not for those who want a fast car. it's more of a cruiser. I'm lazy and prefer automatics. I don't like heavy steering so i put power steering on. I don't like huge fuel bills so i converted it to lpg. I like my music so i installed an full audio system with dab. I like to be comforable so i put leather seats in.  
This car is a real head-turner. Apart from it's looks. the specs combination of  automatic. lpg-converted. power steering mean its very unique (probably the only one like it in the UK)I've lost count of the number of notes and tel. numbers left under my wipers asking me if i would sell.
Story so far. I will outline the main things. but there's probably things done which i will forget to mention. not bothering to state the usual maintenance parts like service. brakes. suspension etc. the car has been well maintained.
I own a car parts business and also have a garage so no expense has been spared on quality. Full Respray - was black when i bought it and i stuck with black (if you look closely under the bonnet you will see signs that indicate this car may have been red at some point). Leather Interior from an e30 - the fronts could do with a revamp. Zenden Alloy Wheels (2 new tyres were put on for the most recent mot) - i think this addition has really made its stamp and helps make the car unique. LPG conversion - this was installed by my polish mechanic and was certified/checked by an lpg centre in derby. tank is in spare wheel well. we weren't happy with the mixer so i replaced the one i bought with a BRC one. then replaced the carb flange and now it runs as well on lpg as it does on petrol. (you switch between using an interior switch)Reconditioned Diff. was squealing so had it all reconditioned by a local gearbox specialist. Power Steering - bought off someone from the e21 forum. We have also installed the correct pulley setup with the right bracket (took some finding)Audio System - DAB radio and roof aerial (Blaupunkt). amplifier. subwoofer. front components. tweeters. door speakers. rear 6x9s. all good quality. infinity/jbl.  Hazard warning switch. detoriated fuel hoses are common faults and these have been sorted. Alarm and Central LockingSuspension - Bilstein Springs and Sachs Shocks.
Areas Needing Attentionthe temperature gauge needle is stuck. (engine is running fine. it's NOT overheating) tested the coolant sensor to see if the needle moved but it didn't. my mechanic has said probably needs a new dial cluster as he says the temp dial unit is at fault. this would be a good replacement anyway because the dial/dash lights also don't working properly so this can be fixed at same time. there is a small patch of rust on the bottom sill passenger side. (shown in photograph)there is a scratch on the passenger wing (photographed). it would need respray. but its never bothered me much. the brake pads are under a year old (TRW ones). but they in squeal when it's hot like this. so case of wheels off. inspect and probably grease up.
