This 1930 740 super 8 Packard was considered by enthusiasts to be one of the iconic years for Packard.   These Senior Packards could be found in garages of most Royal families and important people of that time . This 140 inch wheelbase Super 8 put out 106 HP and cost a whopping $3295 new when a Ford was $600 .   The Sport coupe style 418 was made in limited numbers and with its rumble seat must have made a very impressive impression when driving up to the country club or important event .
