1972 International Harvester Scout for sale

1972 International Scout II
A clean example of a 1972 base model Scout that has been kept mostly stock form. Upgrades are minimal-wheels and tires. aluminum radiator and seat covers. New period correct carb. Interior. frame and engine bay painted with black enamal. Neoprene seat covers. so you can just hose out the interior. 6 cyl 3 speed that runs and drives good. basic manual steering and manual drum brakes. Roof starting to show the years. some rust along the gutter. The headliner is missing altogether. Door windows and top sliding windows work properly wing windows latch . ut do not lock. She just needs a few minor things. wiper blades. t-handle for back hatch and sun visors. The Scout does have a new master brake cylinder. Gauges work. not the speedo. Brand new tires. Excellent platform to build or restore. Does have a tow hitch but we don't use it.
