Full Restoration.  Cut out Rusted floor pans in driver and passenger foot wells.  New gas tanks and gauge senders. Rebuilt Motor. new starter. new battery. new electrical wiring. new headlights. new carburetor. new water pump. new ignition/points. new stereo. new KC lights. custom steel bumpers. new tires. rims powder coated black. vintage black grant (leather) steering wheel. new dash gauges. refurbished window mechanisms. new like OEM wing windows (rubber in good condition). new rugged ridge seats front captains chairs and rear bench. new seatbelts front (3 pt) and rear lap belts for two. black undercoated frame and parts. new clutch. new seals throughout. front and rear ends gone through with new fluids. new u-joints. new steering parts with add on Scout II power steering pump (steering works great!). new wiper motors and blades. new softopper installed (hard top pictured with raptor liner but do not recommend using it. welcome to take it. has new glass and seals but the soft top is far superior and is of exceptional quality. I personally was not a fan of the hard top as it is really wonky to take off an on. no issues with the soft top at all). brake system flushed and completely gone through. new brake pads. new OEM brake fluid reservoir. new exhaust connected to existing headers. new radiator. new electric fan for radiator. new aftermarket overflow coolant reservoir. new wiring harness with fuse panel. new full roll cage. body work was typical bondo in many places and right rear quarter panel had signs of previous damage. its not noticeable unless you compare the two fender panels but there is a slight difference in the two. new rear light covers and bulbs. front and rear hitch receivers. this is a 47 year old vehicle and does not come with imperfections. it has been gone through top to bottom and is mechanically great. runs great. garage kept in temperature controlled setting. starts with ease as all the moving parts have been either refurbished or replaced.  It is a tank. will crawl over anything and is a real torque monster given the 345 engine and low gears.  I personally have driven it 80mph and know it will do 100 but comfortable at 65 mph.  It has a 4 inch lift kit and new pro comp shocks. stabilizer shock for steering as well.  New door hinges and bolts. New Bush wacker fender flares with couple extras.  Spare rim (w/o tire) and tire carrier that was bought brand new powder coated that can be mounted to the bumper.   Like many who take on resto's I have dumped tons of cash. close to 30k into it. I have only driven it about 1000 miles.  I used the Chevrolet Titanium Grey paint to mix in with the raptor liner.  I bought 90% of my parts from Mike at IH Only. if you are a Scout guy Mike is super helpful and knowledgeable and had just about everything I needed.  Serious buyers only. message me and I'd be happy to answer any questions and or send more photos.

Other thoughts. there is no e-brake.  The cable is there and I have a handle in the attic but it is not working or installed.  There are 3/8" plate rock sliders (see new pics) that I have on easy on easy off pins that slide into hitch receiver mounts that are welded to the frame.  If you have another 4x4. its easy to weld on hitch receiver stock to that frame and take swap these over.  Ultimately. I did this so I could swap them between my Scout II and this Scout 800.  They are heavy duty.  I have taken a video of it running.
