ROAD LEGAL BUGGY / HOT ROD.   THIS IS A VEHICLE BUILT AND REGISTERED IN 1991 TO A HIGH STANDARD FROM SCRATCH WITH FULL SIZE BLUE PRINT PLANS. THIS BUGGY RUNS A FORD 3. 0 L V6 COUPLED TO A FORD FOUR SPEED MANUAL GEARBOX. HOLEY 390 SECONDRY VACUM CARB WITH ADJUSTABLE FOUR BARRELL JETS FITTED ON A VERY RARE SWAYMAR INLET MANIFOLD FITTED WITH A LOVELY ALLOY BUG CATCHER RISING THROUGH THE BONNET. THIS BUGGY IS TOTTALLY UNIQUE AND HAS JUST BEEN SERVICED AND MOTed. THIS BUGGY IS CAPABLE OF OVER 100MPH AND ITS DEEP THROATED SOUND IS PUSHED THROUGH A ONE OFF DESIGN HEADERS AND EXHAUST SYSTEM COUPLED TO TWIN STAINLES STEEL PIPES AND STAINLESS STEEL END CANS. THERE ARE NO DOORS AND THE SEATS ARE FIXED. MOULDED IN FIBREGLASS CONSTRUCTION WITH THREE POINT HARNESSES. THE CAR IS QUICK IN ACCELERATION AND CRUISES EASERLY ON ANY MOTORWAY WITH PLENTY OF POWER TO SPARE. THE BRAKE CALIPERS ON THE FRONT AND DISCS WERE REPLACED AND THEN THE CAR HAS BEEN GARAGED UNTIL IT CAME OUT RECENTLY TO BE MOTED. THE CAR HAS ONLY DONE 60 MILES SINCE THEN AND HAS NOW BEEN CLEANED UP TO BE PUT UP FOR SALE. I HAVE OWNED THIS CAR FOR AROUND 6 YEARS AND HAVE HAD MUCH FUN WITH HER AND NO MAJOR ISSUES.   THE CAR HAS A ONE OFF RADIATOR FOR COOLING COUPLED TO A THERMOSTATICLY CONTROLED KENLOW FAN WITH MANUAL OVERIDE.   THE CAR HAS NEVER EVER OVERHEATED IN THE HOTEST OF DAYS AND RUNS AS SWEET AS A V6 SHOULD. I HAVE A LIST OF ALL THE PARTS USED ON THIS BUILD AND THE ORIGINAL CVA REPORT WHEN THE CAR WAS APPROVED AND REGISTERED ON THE 1st JUNE 1991 AND IS ON A Q PLATE. THE CHASIS IS MADE FROM BOX SECTION STEEL AND THE HEAVY DUTY FRONT SUSPENSION IS FROM A 2. 3 CORTINA. REAR SHOCKS ARE ADJUSTABLE FROM A V8 ROVER AND SPRINGS FROM A TRIUMPH 2000. REAR AXLE AND SUSPENSION IS FROM A TRIUMPH 2000 WITH 9INCH REAR DRUMS.  CAPRI STEERING RACK AND EXHAUST BOXES FROM A TRIUMPH VITTESSE. FRONT TYRES ARE 205x50x13s AND REAR ARE 245x50x13s FITTED ON GENUINE REVOLUTION WHEELS.  BEER BARRELL FUEL TANK WITH DIP STICK AND ROLL OVER CAGE HAS BEEN FITTED WITH METAL ROOF GRID.  ALL ELECTICS HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT PROFESIONALY AND A VALUATION OF AROUND £4000 WAS PUT ON THE VEHICLE BACK IN 1991. THERE IS A RADIO CASSETTE AND SPEAKERS FITTED BUT IS REALLY NOT UP TO MUCH.   I HAVE COVERED ALMOST EVERYTHING IN THIS DISCRIPTION EXCEPT IF YOU ARE UNDER 5 FOOT FOUR THEN YOU WILL STRUGLE TO DRIVE THIS CAR. OR IF YOU ARE LARGE FRAME OR OVER 6 FOOT 4 POSSIBLY.  THE FOOTWELL IS VERY TIGHT SO I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND VIEWING BEFORE BIDDING.   THIS WILL BE AN OUT RIGHT PURCHASE AS I NEED NO MORE VEHICLES AS I HAVE FAR TO MANY.
