This is a 1970's Volkswagen Beetle based buggy. called a Tramp. they only made around 75 of these and their are not many left in good condition now.
This went straight through the MOT for the second year running with no advises at all. it has been inspected by VOSA and is correctly registered . it is also Historic tax so exempt from duty.
It has a 1300 cc twinport engine with a single carb. it also has a ceramic cannon exhaust system which sounds really good. it also has an IRS rear axle and suspension setup. it has adjusters in the front beam so the ride height can be altered.
The car had a full nut and bolt rebuild a couple of years ago including new floor pans. new frame head. all new braking system from master cylinder back. the paintwork alone would set you back around £2000. 00. it has been fully re-wired.
The car drives very well for its age. and being a long wheel base handles extremely well. as it is so light it is also really good on fuel consumption.
Insurance is very cheap. agreed value for me is only £98. 00 per year.
The car is based in Ferndown just outside Bournemouth . reason for sale is that i just don't get the time to enjoy the car. for any further info tel Jeff on 07871 187405 ta.
