This car was bought brand new at Bergstrom Mercedes in Santa Cruz California in August of 1989 by the original owner. The car was babied. loved garage kept. treated like a queen and rarely driven all its life. It was always maintained and kept like new. In 2014 the original owner sold it to the second owner he also kept and treated the car with respect.
This car is one of the nicest 560 sls I have ever seen and I have seen a lot. It looks like it has less than 10. 00 miles that's how clean and perfect it is.
The car was always dealer or professional Mercedes maintained since new. All books and records are included even hang tags and vin stickers on door jams. under hood etc.
The interior looks almost like brand new. NO rips. no tears. everything looks perfect or near perfect.
The paint also looks almost like brand new since it was always garage kept and barely used.
The only major flaws are there is a scratch on the hard top which was not repainted because we wanted to keep the original paint on it. Otherwise this car is amazing.
The car drives absolutely perfectly in every way. No mechanical issues…no oil leaks…etc
It has a clean clear California title with all book. tools. every single receipt since new. etc
