1972 Triumph Stag Convertible

Manual. overdrive. re-built Triumph V8 engine. leather seats. wire wheels.

In good running order – engine runs at correct temperature and a steady 40lbs oil pressure.

MOT to 8th September 2017

The bodywork is in excellent condition which bears out my understanding that it was fully restored in 2002/3. There are some photos of this restoration.

The seats are trimmed in black leather with red piping and are in reasonable condition.

The hood and frame are secondhand items. supplied by the previous owner. which I had fitted in 2011.

The chrome trim is good apart from the front and back bumpers.

The correct engine which was professionally re-built (with bills to prove) in July 2007 and has covered little more than 2. 00 miles since.  

Full stainless steel exhaust with big bore exhaust ends.

5 row high capacity radiator.

Hi-torque starter motor.

Lumenition electronic ignition.

Autojack immobiliser.

Rear inertia reel seat belts.

 

There is a large history file with many receipts for new parts. MOT's back to 1996 and details of all previous owners.
