Hello. this is my own car. it has been in California all its life. I am the second owner. with a clean California title in hand. It is a 300 SEL 4. 5 liter. with 88. 00 showing on the odometer. I believe the miles accurate. the car was purchased from Downtown Los angeles Mercedes dealer. and it still has the decals on the inside of the door.
I have done the following since I have owned it 4 new tires. brake pads and discs. all filters. spark plugs. wire set on the plugs. belts. hoses. some gaskets. added the retrofit kit for the A/C. and fuel injector.
The wood inside in amazing condition. original carpets and liners. The only things that are left to do is the leather on the seats. they are torn and the front has blue sheep skins and the air bags on air suspension. The suspension holds air for a long time but seldomly needs to be pumped.
This is a 300 sel and not a 280 sel. this car is very rare and not too many were built.
Anyone is more than welcome to come inspect the car. please remember this is a 40+ year old car and you need to due your due diligence. The car is being sold AS-IS. there are no warranties expressed or implied. I am a private party selling my own car and not a dealer.
