Im relisting the car. due to error in listing format. It is my 1955 Studebaker Commander. with V8 259 4. 2 L engine and factory auto transmission. I have this car more than 3 years. Im the third owner. The second Owner has the car about 15 years. 10 years of it the car was sitting in the storage facility. the car was black color and the second owner painted in this current combination after he bought the car (about 14 years old paint). I bought the car and start restoring it slowly. Lately I got the new contract with my job and I have to leave the Country for few years and there is nowhere to leave the car. It is in very good mechanical condition. The engine is strong and powerfull. there is small leak from the spot that engine and transmission connected and few drips daily from gas pump gasket ( I have a gasket but no time for changing it). the transmission is serviced and shifting perfectly.  The paint is old and thereis some unnoticable scratches and defects. there is paint defect on the roof (in the picture). chrome is in good condition very small defective spots (in the picture). The doors are opening and closing nice and easy. Drives and handles smooth and strong. Tires are old but about 85% of tread on them. Interior is the same age as of paint. but clean and no ripps. some yellow spots on headliner near the door and rear windows. I install CD/FM stereo with 6V/12V power converter. works fine. All lights and indicators working. I disconnect the clock but its working too. The heater under passanger seat is disconnected from main line and I did not tuch it (probobly leaking). I dont have any records if engine ever rebuilt. the odometer shows 66240MI. and I belive that this is second turn of odometer. so its 166240MI??. I will try to mantion everything. what I done on this car. New water pump. Reviswed. cleaned radiator and gas tank. New gas lines and gas pump. New front bushings. new shocks.  New Brake master cylinder. wheel cylinders. brake lines and front and rear brake shoes. The starter and the generator are rebuild with new kits. I change some wires all around. There is original owners manual. studebaker shop manual and Studebaker International parts catalog coming with the car. I have the car cover and lots of misceleneous parts that I bought for it and the some of the old parts that I changed. I did not want to paint the engine to make it nice looking for buyers. It is in original look so the new owner will see the original condition. Im ready to answer to all of your questions. I will assist with wehicle shipping to anywhere. Thank You
