1964 Mercury Comet for sale

1964 Mercury Comet Caliente.
81. 06 believed to be original miles. but cannot verify.
Originally a 260 V 8 with a C 4 automatic.
Now has a built 302 roller. with 64 cc aluminum heads.
Comp roller cam.
510/534 lift and 288/299 duration.
New 1. 6 roller rockers.
New polished aluminum air gap intake with a Quick Fuel 600 carburetor. New electric fuel pump with pressure regulator.
Aluminum air cleaner.
Melling oil pump.
Milodon water pump with a chrome aluminum timing cover.
New 50. 000 volt HEI distributor with 8 mm plug wires.
New Headman headers with custom exhaust and cutouts.
Great sound.
New 4 row Champion radiator.
Runs cool.
Rebuilt C 4 with 2. 00 stahl.
All new brakes lines. wheel cylinders. shoes. with new duel master cylinder.
New fuel lines. Lokar shifter linkage.
Fiberglas Ram Air AFX hood.
Painted Wimbledon white base clear.
Looks great but probably should be buffed again for a show look.
All new interior.
Custom seats.
New carpet. headliner. package tray and dash pad.
All new weatherstripping. Torque thrust wheels.
3. 55 Curry posi.
Only 15 miles since last fall.
Needs to be driven.
Looks great with only a few thing needed.
Never got around to putting a neutral safety switch on or getting a front end alignment.
Also needs to have seat belts installed.
This is a solid street car made to somewhat resemble the old AFX car of Dyno Don back in the 60's.

Please keep in mind this is a recently complete restoration and will most likely have some bugs to work out. but from the few miles I have driven. it seems great.
