1962 Buick Electra 225 convertible

When it comes to large American convertibles of the 1960s. there is no finer tour car then a 1962 Buick Electra 225 convertible.   These cars are enormous in size and give the smoothest possible ride and have the famous Buick V8 engine coupled to a turbine transmission for seamless acceleration.  

The car in this eBay listing is all of the above and is in everybody's favorite color of Black with a red interior.  The full length bright strip crowned the upper body ridge. and the tower rocker molding and wheelhouses are accented with bright trim.  Note the four VentiPorts that give the Electra 225 its Buick distinction.

Just to top off all that standard equipment this car is also equipped with the super rare bucket seats and center console and equally super rare for a convertible – factory air conditioning (the widow who owns this car is not sure if the air conditioning is blowing cold).   If that isn't enough. the car looks to be in absolutely superb condition as you can see from the pictures and video.   The car collector who owned this car has passed away and the widow is only familiar with the car from taking rides in the car up to 200 mile trips during the many years that they have owned the car.   The seller says she thinks her husband purchased the car around 2002.   Odometer reads 03402 actual mileage is unknown.
