13. If the vehicle is still on our site after 10 business days without any prior arrangement a nominal storage fee of $25. 00/daily will be accessed.

14. As we rely on customer's feedback in order to promote our business. we ask that e Bay feedback to be exchanged at the time of the vehicle pick up. If the vehicle has been shipped we ask for the feedback to left within 24 hours past its delivery. any complains and attempt to extort money based on feedback will be disputed by a third party arbitration company.
