1982 Westfalia
This 1982 Westfalia (with only 133 XXX original miles) has a very interesting past as one of the Europe Tourist Automobile Shipping Program campers. The westy was purchased in Denver Colorado then picked up and toured Europe before being shipped back to the US. I have all the documentation on the program including all the shipping. insurance. and maintenances records from day one I even have the original purchase agreement.
This has been a very well maintained and loved vehicle. and you don't have to take my word for it. All the documentation is there to prove it. The first maintenance document starts at 5000 miles till present. The PO even kept the sticker from the new tires! The camper is 100% rust free and complete. Everything in the camper works as it should including the speedometer. clock. stove/figurate (propane or electric). radio. door buzzer. interior lights. pop top. external heater and all the lights. The canvas is in great shape and original to the westy as is the screen to cover the rear of the camper. I have three of the original hubcaps.
The entire interior is in great shape and functions as it should. The tires are in great shape. The engine and transmission work flawlessly and has plenty of power for what it is.
If you are looking for a great vehicle that can drive back and forth to work all week and have fun in when the weekend comes. this is it. I have a lot of pictures including the undercarriage.

I was going through all the receipts and discover the engine was completely rebuilt including new heads at 86. 00 miles. The engine was rebuilt by Painters Grinding in Denver Colorado. For some reason Ebay will not let me upload a copy of the receipt. but if you would like to see it just text/
