Once in a lifetime. a car comes along. a very special and desirable car; just like this one. This particular one is an Italian version Pagoda. with the round turn signal lights located on the front fenders. You can also verify this fact by decoding the fender tag shown on the photo. This car runs and drives perfect. with the preferred manual transmission and Euro head lights. The "verbal" story behind this car is that it was originally purchased in Italy by an Army service member and then imported into the US. The gentleman eventually became ill and passed. leaving the car to his heirs. The family started the car on a regular basis but did not drive it much(it has a bit over 52k original miles). Please note that the odometer in on kilometers. not miles.
The car was eventually SOLD to another gentleman who repainted the car in its original papyrus white color due to the fact that the paint had aged. There is not any evidence of an accident on this car. The soft top is in as new condition. as well as the matching hardtop. The car preserves its original engine and all components. Some of the chrome is beginning to pit in some areas but it is otherwise in very good condition. The body is straight as an arrow. perfect body gaps. perfect trunk pan and floors. The pictures speak for themselves. So if you're looking for a worry free Pagoda. this is it.
I am well aware of the price structure of this car and how well it keeps appreciating in value. However. I have not been able to find a single Italian version car on the market.
I am willing to sell worldwide and will store the car for a reasonable period of time until buyer makes shipping arrangements. The car will be released upon all funds clearing.
