Offered is a 1948 Packard Super 8 Seven Passenger Sedan. model 2277. one of 1760 long wheelbase Super 8's built in 1948. I bought this as a parts car but thought it was so complete I should offer it once on e Bay as a complete car if someone would like to save it or use it as a donor vehicle. This has been a California central valley vehicle for at least most of it's life but it was stored outside for a number of years and does have rust in the floorboards and a bit in the trunk and rockers. I have seen a lot worse. but it does have rust. The car is virtually complete except for the gas door. The hard to find 7 passenger trim is all present including the jumpseats and nice rear seat footrest. The engine is free but condition unknown. Rumored to have been driven to where it sat for years. but certainly has not run for years and years. This would be a big project. or it could be valuable as a parts car for a similar body. I am only going to list it once and at a fair price. then I will begin to part it out. It is overdrive equipped. Please feel free to call with any questions: Chris at .
