EXTERIOR
Being a Motorsport edition. this M6 is finished in Nogaro silver (243) and has been lovingly cared for its whole life. This car started competing in the BMW car club Concours events from 1992 and in 1994 it was promoted to the Master Class. It has been Master class winner many times. peoples choice winner in 2006 and used as the bench mark judging car on regular occasions. If the car could talk I am sure it would have a huge well prepared acceptance speech to hand! As you might expect from a multiple concourse winner the paintwork is absolutely flawless. not even a single stone chip or blemish.

Pleasingly the underside is as good as the bodywork – spotlessly clean with even the diff case being polished.

INTERIOR
Climb into the drivers seat and the cabin surrounds you with supple Black Nappa leather topped with the special M-lapels on each seat. As with all Highline cars the dash. doors and headlining are trimmed in leather by special order through BMW. This particular example also has the centre of the steering wheel and all of the boot trimmed in leather; the tool kit and storage cover of particular note complimented by the famous M Power tricolour.

The previous owner has also installed a complete Nakamichi Hi-Fi system at a cost of £15. 00; suffice to say it sounds magnificent.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
This M635CSi has been meticulously maintained and has always been serviced by BMW main dealers. private BMW master technician or marque specialist. As such the engine and powertrain is in excellent health. The elasticity of the M88/3 is quite something with plenty of torque. a delicious howl and real potency in the upper rev ranges.

The engine bay is a work of art and we have no doubt a lot of cotton buds bit the dust for it to look this good!

WHEELS. TYRES & BRAKES
The car is fitted with the gorgeous period Alpina ‘Classic' 16 inch rims. unmarked and with a full key set. Tyres are courtesy of Pirelli and the matching P7′s show plenty of tread. The original Metric cross-spoke wheels are also supplied.

Brakes are factory standard with braided brake pipes all around.

HISTORY FILE
This M635CSi was first registered and purchased by its first owner in September 1989. had its running in service in January 1990 and continued to be serviced by the supplying main dealer until the car was sold to the second owner in 1991 with 38. 00 miles. The second owner upheld the BMW service schedule. with a total of 20 BMW stamps in the original service book. further backed up with a BMW print off showing the dates and mileage every time the car was taken in. With the last BMW service carried out in 2006 at 76k. a BMW master technician has looked after the car privately alongside periodic visits to marque specialist Mark McLennan of MJF Engineering.

All the original owners manuals and sales brochures have been kept. along with every MOT certificate to further verify the mileage and the spare key.
