MK 1 MINI 1961 (Austin/Morris) RALLY TRIBUTE
This Mini has an excellent shell ( Genuine 1961 MK 1 ) it was restored approx 10 years ago and still very good . It was built as a BMC Rally tribute . This is an early Mk 1 Mini with Push Button start and smaller tank . Still running its original engine and gearbox. finished in Cherry Red with black bucket seats (no carpet or rear seats . you can see just how solid the shell is ) looks to have no major welding work . It has wide Cooper steels . Rear spot Lamp etc . the paint being 10 years old has a few small marks but there is No Rot . it drives well and has just passed an mot with no advisories . This is one of our own collection . We have got to many other things on the go and would like someone else to enjoy this car . It is definitely one of the best shells we''ve seen . It has lots of Paperwork with it including heritage certificate old MOT's etc. It retains its original registration number.
