TERMS OF SALE We reserve the right to end this auction at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings. Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit at the close of auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. The winning bidder must communicate with us by e-mail or by phone within 24 hours of the end of auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 3 days. we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to another qualified buyer.
