1 of 12 Custom Coach-built Stiletto Camaros ever produced. Introduced at the 1983 New York Auto Show where 12 orders were placed at a cost of $32. 00 each (comparable to a new Ferrari 308 in '83). This is 1 of 2 examples remaining on the planet. and certainly the best preserved (I know. because I've spoken to the owner of the other one).
Based on the then-new 1983 Camaro Z-28. It has traveled only 13. 00 documented miles since new and is still on its ORIGINAL Good Year Eagle GT tires (date coded the 21 st week of 1982).
The chassis was stretched 12" giving the rear seat passengers limosine-like legroom. European-style body panels were fabricated to give it it's exotic appearance. Other custom enhancements include Burled Veneer dash and console inserts and Stiletto emblems on the steering wheel and center caps.
I even have an original brochure from the '83 New York Auto Show from the Stiletto booth that will go to the new owner.
The car is fully loaded with Factory options including COLD A/C. Power Steering. brakes. windows. door locks. mirrors. drivers seat. tilt column. cruise control. and smoked T-Tops with there original storage cover.
The injected 305 performs flawlessly and passed AZ emissions by a wide margin.
The 4-speed automatic transmission still shifts crisply and smoothly. The Factory Cowl Induction is operational as well.
The COMPLETELY ORIGINAL interior is in excellent condition.
This is truly a time capsule custom Muscle-Exotic that you will literally never see again.
