1980 GMC Sierra Classic Pickup truck 4 x 4 Short bed.

A little about this truck. I purchased it with the intention of restoring it. but it is not going to happen anytime soon because we do not have the room for it at our new home. I really do not want to have it sitting for a year or more in my yard.

This is a great project truck/builder for someone who has the time. Includes an installed and was told a good running sbc 305 long block. with all new gaskets. some new parts like water and fuel pumps. installation just needs to be completed. Auto tranny. not sure if it is a turbo 400 or 350 but it works fine and has a new torque converter and aftermarket deep pan. The odo reads 76654 miles but
I simply do not know if it is 176 k.

All if not most parts are there. including a used carb. intake and stock exhaust manifolds. The interior will also need a little bit of work. the door panels will need to be re-installed. seems that the PO attempted to install power windows so they will need wiring completed. See Pics. It has a clear Colorado Title.

The truck has the typical rust for these years. bottom front fenders. rear wheel well corners. and truck cab rear corners but nothing too bad that cannot be fixed by aftermarket repair panels cheap and easy to source. The bed is in decent shape. straight with little surface rust. but not beat up bad. There is a little bit of body damage on passenger side of bed near fuel door but again not terrible. The rest of the truck is straight. There is no exhaust pipes. just stock manifolds.

This truck is a great builder project for the right person. or just get it running again. I simply do not have the time for another project otherwise I would keep it.
