FOR SALE: Maroon Morris 1000 Traveller - selling due to health reasons.
Carefully restored in 1998: All body work. chassis legs front and rear. cross member. inner and outer wings. front panel and all steel wings All brakes. cylinders. pipes and brake shoes renewed. Also fitted a 1275 MG Midget engine. which had conversion to unleaded petrol. new clutch plate and cover New piston rings. main and big end bearing shells. timing chain Electronic ignition system fitted Petrol tank. radiator and heater all tested and painted Has only done 4713 miles since overhaul 5 new tyres were fitted New battery in October 2013 New roof cloth. interior carpets and inside door and side panels V 5 and MOT document comes with the car - passed its last MOT with no problems Is exempt from road fund It is at present on a SORNStarts and runs well - gear box and rear axel quiet
PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BIDDING : There are a few minor cosmetic faults. which can be seen in the photographs.
Body marks on left hand front wing. lower part of left and right doors (slight rusting). slight rusting on some of the wheels. There are a few micro paint blisters on the roof.
Upholstery slight scuff marks on both front seats.
