1967 Red Hot Rod Carrera with Buick V6, ONE OF A KIND for sale

You are looking at a 1967 Porsche 912 which has been totally modified to represent a Carrera. The owner and friend who created this car has passed on and I have listed it for his wife. He was the second owner of the car. Had original 1600 boxer motor. He totally tricked this out to look like a newer Turbo Carrera. He was a fabricator so he did all the work himself. I will try and list what it has:
1. Rebuilt Buick V 6 with Holley 4 barrel :normally aspirated.
2. Custom built headers and exhaust 3. Metal flaired fenders and glass "whale tail" and front bumper 4. Full metal roll bar.
5. point restraints.
6. Porsche factory alloy wheels. 15 inch.
7. B F Goodrich TA's 225 front. 265 x 50 H rears.
8. Custom front mounted raadiator/cooling system with electric fan.
9. Racing full cell:12-14 gallons.
10. Corvette 1973 electric front bucket seats. Black leather.
11. Custom cloth/carpeted interior with racing gauges in dash.
12. Porsche racing leather strerring wheel.
13. Full steel roll cage 14. 4 wheel disc brakes THIS CAR is NOT for a collector but is more suited for an individual with mechanical skills. I doubt you could take it to the GM or Porsche dealer if it needed work but GM engine parts are cheaper than Porsche. We have an extra set of 4 alloy whells pictured. a car cover. various shop manuals that go with the car.
This car was never raced but is very FAST! I beleive it has a 5 speed trans. I drove it once years ago. It is in running order. It is sold "as is" as this type of car was his hobby and love. It is driveable. has new battery and a secret anti-theft device only the Buyer will be given code to. Clutch. gear box and drive train all in excellent order. Shipping will have to be arrainged by Buyer who assumes ALL costs and to Continetal US ONLY! The Fixed price is about half of what the builder has in it. We prefer to have a local Buyer as they may be able to actually see and drive it. MUST HAVE CASH and valid drivers license to drive and it will only be a short run as there are no valid plates on it.
