Rare Classic Citroen 2 CV 6 Club in Jade Green with Square headlights.
Whilst this car has the retro looks of a classic 1970 s 2 CV. it has advantage of the more modern front disc brakes.
Lots of work undertaken over the years including: Galvanised Chassis New Floor/Sill Rebuilt Bulk head/Windscreen surround Brakes overhauled over the last two years with - new master cylinder. new rear brake cylinder & shoes. new stainless steel rear brake pipes (last year). new handbrake pads New starter motor. coil. HT leads Electronic Ignition fitted The seats have been refurbished with new elastics and good quality seat covers (Charcoal grey diamond pattern)
The looks nice and gets lots of comments - but it is 31 years old so does have some character - e. g. the odd dent and rust bubbling but nothing serious or structural. Since owning the car I have had it looked after and serviced by a 2 CV specialist.
The car has an MOT until Feb 2014 and road tax until June 2013. The mileage shows around 32. 00 but is probably around 132. 00.
I have a large file of history for the car. which includes invoices for a lot of the work undertaken along with the original handbook.
I have owned the car for two years and only driven around 2000 miles in that time so it would great to see the car get the use it deseves. It is great fun to drive. especially with the roof rolled back when the sun shines!
