Hi I am selling my roadster as my arrangement of keeping it garaged 200 miles from where I live is not working out. The overall condition of the car is good. Its a MK 1.

3 syncro gearbox fitted no overdrive.

Its a pull door handle model. Its had 5 owners other than me. I have a really big history file going back a long way A 4 ring binder about 3 inches thick and a note book of servicing and repairs over the last few years. No rust body is very good in all structural areas. Paintwork is green . I hope its shows in the photos its a nice shade a bit paler than BRG. aintwork is good. Brightwork is generally good but some slight pitting to front and rear bumpers. Interior is very tidy only slight wear above drivers seat where seatbelt rubs against the top of the squab. (there is a receipt for leather seats in the file so I assume they are)Drives well overall but last couple of times I drove her there was a bit of a misfire after about 20 minutes so likely that the ignition system needs a tune up. MOT 12 months. Taxed to the end of year (tax costs nil of course)Stainless exhaust with a fabricated manifold. The passenger door lock is siezed up through not being used. The rev counter is reading far to high so needs replacing. There is a hood cover also. nd hood is in good condition. This is a pick up by the buyer only no delivery unless you contact me and negotiate this. (as if you pay expenses I could deliver to certain parts of the country)The car is currently garaged at my mums in devon colyford. That is the pick up location. I am interested in your MGB, I am French and I live in France, I use a translator I hope you will understand the message. I could see who has a problem with the engine exist since two releases right? Do you know more about the engine, the transmission and the timing gears regarding their condition?
