First time offered for sale in Europe. just arrived from California. where it spent all its life. True 242 code GTO. not another Tempest or Le Mans clone. Rust free car in very good - driver condition. Runs and drives. jump in and enjoy. Clear title. no salvage or hidden stories.
Honestly. when was the last time you have seen a reasonably priced 64-67 GTO for sale in Europe for a reasonable money? I bet. long time ago. And there will be a long time before you see another one.
Now a little more about the car.
Very nice red paint with no fading on major issues. Very shiny! Just few minor imperfections. like dings. etc. Chrome looks very fresh. nothing bent or broken. Black vinyl top is very presentable. Original Rally 2 Pontiac wheels with brand new PMD emblems. which cost a fortune and looks impressive. Electric stuff works well. Front headlight sealed beam conversion done to modern headlights. they shine bright. Interior is original and in good shape. Very clean. You can see rips on the drivers seat. Also there is some wear of the rear roof liner. I would personally not worry about this. New lap seat belts. Proper muscle car woodgrain steering wheel and B&M floor auto shifter. Originally it was a 4 speed car and clutch pedal is still in place under the carpet. just in case you would prefer to go back to four on the floor. Just see. how clean the engine bay is. Photos were taken with engine running. Starts. runs. drives. etc - all very smooth. 428 GTO engine. Have you seen such a clean and rust free underside on any other car of this age? Also check out the trunk picture. Only Californian cars look so good!
Last but not least. new owner will be getting this car with PHS factory documentation - a must for every enthusiast of Pontiac muscle.
