Here is my 1957 Morris Minor ute that I am parting with. I have owned this car for around 4 years. the previous owners had the car in regular use for around 15 years. It has been a very reliable and fun car that attracts attention wherever it goes. The car has a great patina to it which is what drew me to this particular ute as most are way too rusty or over restored. The ute is in largely original condition and has been repainted in parts and had repairs done. It has the correct bonnet. badging and front bumpers which are unique to the commercial variants. Over the past 4-5 years the car has had new wheel cylinders. drums. front wheel bearings. points. dizzy cap. leads and wiper arms fitted. The car has never been fully restored. it has had new sills and floors in the past. there is some minor bubbles in some panels but overall is in good used condition. It has an original 1000 cc engine which was rebuilt about 10 years ago and is a really strong runner and is fitted with a bigger inch and a half SU which was purchased new. The car comes with some spares including spare engine. passenger door and front grille. I also have a set of Michelin tyres the same as on the car which I would sell to the buyer by negotiation if they wanted them. The ute is currently in club registration which is not transferrable. This is a regretful sale however it is time for someone else to use and ejoy this car. it would make a great promotional vehicle. The car is located at Hornsby NSW I have described the vehicle to the best of my ability. inspection is always the best option for any serious buyer. The car is advertised elsewhere so I reserve the right to end the auction should it be purchased outside of e Bay. Please contact me with any questions
