Chrysler type : airstream produced the same the American concern from 1935 to 1936. This car is a logical continuation of the experiment, in the framework of which was created Chrysler Airflow. The latter, however, fell from an economic point of view, in spite of the innovativeness of design. Nevertheless, the management of the group believe in the correctness of the chosen path that led to the emergence of Chrysler type : airstream, of course, was sold better Airflow, but not well enough to continue its mass production.
Under the hood Chrysler type : airstream was in-line engine 4738 cm3, develops 105 HP.
