LS swapped Porsche 914 paired to a Boxster S 6 speed manual transmission. Uses drive-by-wire throttle utilizing the original 914 throttle pedal. ECU is the Holley Terminator X max. Has heat, AC, and a hidden Bluetooth DSP. Car had about 77,xxx original miles and was stored in a garage in 1991 until I got my hands on it and brought it back to life March 2021. Still have the original hood and the incomplete original 1.7 L engine, both of which will be sold with the car. Car runs and drives perfectly. Have driven to San Diego and back many times with no issues.
Known flaws: small rusted through hole in the passenger side fender. Some rusted through areas underneath the trunk carpet. Various paint chips. Areas painted black either had minor surface rust or just exposed steel that I wanted to prevent from rusting. Starter motor gets stuck from time to time, but a few clicks of the ignition will get it unstuck. Exterior Paint in good condition for a 70's car. Looks to have been repainted once before, not exactly sure when. Some rusted through holes underneath the trunk carpet as usual with these cars. Orange hood is the original hood. Hood with vents is what I use typically for the custom radiator fans to vent properly.
Interior Interior redone in late 2020, except for the dash. AC, heat, speakers, fresh air box fan, headlights, and fog lights all work. Silver toggle switch turns on/off low pressure fuel pump, and a starter button was put in to better work with the Holley ECU.
Engine Custom radiator and shroud meant for 914's with an LS swap. Stage 4 Pro LS truck camshaft and 90 mm bore throttle body is being used. Engine and trans both run strong and great with no issues.
