Model Volvo P1800 - sports car Swedish company Volvo, manufactured in 1961-1973 years. Production of Volvo P1800 began in 1960 - total for the year was manufactured the first batch of cars.
Originally Volvo P1800 was equipped with an engine capacity of 100 horsepower. However, in 1966, the engine was revised, which allowed to increase capacity of up to 115 horsepower. The latest model of the Volvo P1800 to the word, and it had the engine 118 horsepower. The model was equipped with a 4-speed manual gearbox. For 100 km/hour sports car speeding in 9.5 seconds, the same maximum speed reached 190 km/hour.
It is interesting that the Volvo P1800 with the model of the body compartment holds the world record for the number of kilometres travelled. This fact was attested in 1990, when the vehicle has already passed 2.5 million kilometers. By the way, for 2006, the mileage of the car is 4 million miles!
