1972 Volkswagen Beetle.Very good condition, no rust, serviced by Absolute VW.Body-off restoration.

Empi alloys all round.Front tyre – Continental 145/65 R15.Rear tyre – Continental 185/65 R15.All in good condition.

VW T1 engine with 2007cc and 100hp +, machined block, 78mm crankshaft 8 dowel, 200mm forged lightened fly wheel, 120 Engle cam fast road lifters, ground balanced and weighted conrods, 0.44 cylinder heads, 1776 pistons and barrels , chrome moly cut-to-length pushrods, 1.25 ratio rocker shafts with swivel feet adjusters, Flamethrower electronic ignition system, Porsche cooling system, high-volume oil pump, remote oil filter, Messa oil cooling system, twin 44 IDF carburettors jetted one size larger, CSP carburettor linkage, all stainless steel oil lines, carbon fibre panels.

Transmission/gearbox

1600 GT 4-speed gearbox built with tall fourth gear, CSP T-Handle with button shifter, 60% movement/reduction model, stage-2 Kennedy clutch.

Exhaust system

1 ¾ stainless steel header and manifold, CSP stainless steel super competition exhaust system.

Interior

Blue vinyl front and rear seats, radio, rev counter, oil pressure gauge, Nardi 16-inch copy steering wheel. Four seat belts. Battery under rear seat. Spare wheel in boot.
