1958 Autobianchi Bianchina Trasformabile convertible Fiat microcar, RARE! for sale
Current customer rating:
Offered is a rare 1958 Autobianchi Bianchina Trasformabile (semi-convertible). a classic Italian microcar based on the Fiat 500 and equipped with the original Fiat engine.
Dark blue with red pinstripes Medium blue vinyl interior Black canvas convertible roof covers the rear and top of the cabin Rear-mounted. air-cooled. two-cylinder 479 cc Fiat engine #053781
Four-speed manual transmission
Four-wheel independent suspension
Four-wheel hydraulic drum brakes.
This two-door cutie is a tiny 9. 75 feet long and 4. 3 feet wide!
It's a rare find. with only 17. 00 made. I have owned and garaged this Bianchina for 19 years. The car is complete except for a battery. There is some rust on the bottoms of all four quarter panels and on the panel below the front bumper. but there's no evidence that the floor panel has rusted through. All the brightwork needs to be re-chromed.
This is a perfect project car thanks to its simple engine and the extra space it leaves in your garage. Restored Bianchinas have sold at auction for over $40. 00.
Payment is required within in 7 days of close of auction. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs and must take possession of car within 14 days.
