Hi and welcome to my auction.

I have for sale my beloved 1968 Gilbern Genie. which is in very good condition for its age. I have owned the car for 5 years and  spent a countless number of hours getting the car back to its former glory. Unfortunately. nbsp;it has had very little use over the past 2 years and with several other projects on the go I need to free up space in the garage.  

The car has a 3ltr Essex v6. which is mechanically sound and runs sweet.  

Since owning the car I have completed the following work:

- Fitted new interior carpet

- Re trimmed the centre console

-Re trimmed the drivers seat (due to a tear)

-Re placed the headlining with an off white custom vinyl

-Re trimmed the door cards (drivers door card yet to complete)

-Cut out and replaced all rusted sections of the chassis and replaced with new box section (Very common problem)

- New SPAX rear shock absorbers & springs

- New Gilbern badges

- Alluminium sill plates & side runners

- Installed a kenwood headunit & speakers into the centre console.

- Fitted a brake servo and new brake lines.

- Fitted new fuel lines front to back.

- General tart up. painting. cleaning etc.

The car currently has no MOT. however if the reserve price is met I will get the car MOT'd for the winning bidder.

Viewing is welcome and I do recommend this car is seen in the flesh to truly appreciate it . however this is strictly by appointment only so please contact me first if you wish to do so.

The car is in very good condition for its age and the first to see will buy. It will be sad to see this historic vehicle go.
