1972/K ROVER P 6 3500 S MANUAL -
The P 6 was sixth and the last of the “P” designated Rover designs to reach production. The vehicle was marketed first as the Rover 2000 and was a complete “clean sheet” design intended to appeal to a larger number of buyers than earlier models such as the P 4 it replaced. The P 5 was sold alongside the P 6 until 1973.
This particular 3500 S model is highly regarded as the most sort after. Known by the “Rover P 6 owners club' and is presented at the highest of standards while also being backed up by a comprehensive maintenance/service and MOT history. Supplied with over 28 old MOT certificates to confirm the mileage as accurate. Copies of old registration documents to document previous owners together with the catalogue of receipts for any/all work that has been undertaken!
The vehicle has also been fitted with a later Rover SD 1 5 Speed gearbox to improve fuel economy and drivability which makes it a smoother easier drive whether on a short or long journey! The rear brakes have recently been completely overhauled along with wheel bearings Etc. Recent vinyl roof replacement.
Non smoker owned. fitted with 4 decent tyres and ready to be enjoyed!
