Yes this is definitely a New Zealand built well-side pickup. It would have been imported into NZ as a 'cowl and chassis', with the body ending above the windscreen and the doors supplied. The back of the cab and the well-side were fabricated in NZ on contract to Ford NZ. The square rear cab window and the well-side without the steps as per the UK version identify the NZ models. It certainly has led an interesting life for a little truck!!
