I have had this car a few years. during this time. the roof has been replaced due to the rot from having a partial vinyl top. I recently spent around $2. 00 on all new fuel related parts. including gas tank. sender unit etc. and rebuilt the carburetor. New wires. plugs and cap. New brakes. Car now runs and stops although I would not consider it drivable (for general use) due to other restoration requirements. All aspects of the car need work. although it is a great place to start. There are a few rust holes. B post one side. trunk floor. trunk lid and bottom of rear quarters. Nothing major. It was originally a 400 car. but was replaced at some point with a 440 what I have lead to believe is from a '68. Car comes with original invoice manual and build sheet. All the glass is good (front and rear glass is only temporarily fitted for transportation purposes. All removed trim. window visors etc are in the truck. Will need an original air cleaner as the one that came with the car does not fit properly. The sheet metal has some surface rust and a couple of small knocks. but pretty straight and original from what I can tell.
I am hoping someone can finish what I started and finish this car as it deserves. I no long have time to dedicate to this kind of work. but my passion for these car has not dwindled and I intend to get at least a daily driver once this sells. Which will need least of my time. Car comes with original invoice. manual. broadcast sheet. original Chrysler Corp Warranty. and Consumer Information Sheet. which is why it's taken a while to come to the decision to sell it. not many still have these!
