MG MIDGET KJK 203. Mk1 Gan2 1098cc. Chassis: GBE016806/ GAN216788. Engine: 10CGDH1423. Colour: Ice Blue. Black trim. New Black seats with white piping. New Black carpets. Matching numbers car and 51 years old. This is a MK1 Gan2 car that I prefer to the Gan1 car as it has the larger 1098cc engine and disc brakes. It drives fantastic and feels as tight and nimble as the day it was new. Taxed (tax exempt) and MOT'd till April 2014. Nice history file full of old MOT's. tax discs and invoices etc along with original adverts and articles. The original buff log book is with the history. In conclusion this car is an amazing early 60's survivor that has been loved and cherished by its owners from new. MK1 Midgets are now hard to find and can be well over £10. 00. This car is a rarity with its very low mileage and is definitely a good investment for the future. EXTERIOR: The Ice Blue paintwork is a recent professional repaint and is in excellent condition. Chrome is good. Rear reverse/spot light. Raydyot search lamp on window frame. Chrome grill. Badge/Spot Light bar with 5 badges. (AA. East Sussex. Civil Service. MG Club and RAC. ) Soft top is like new as are the side screens. There is the original tow bar (no tow ball) fitted that was used to tow a tiny trailer on the owners 4000 mile trip around Europe.
