I posted more pictures to answer the question in email of rust. From my standpoint. and let the pictures be your guide. it seems rust is minimal. To me. the car underneath looks very good. It seems the undercoating did its job. There is surface rust and even a little worse. but the pictures are there to show. at least to me. that the worst spots are on the door sills at the bottom and at the exterior bottom part of the driver's door. All repairable. -  Hopefully. although the car is being sold as is.  this will be informative and will show how well this car has held up over the years. And again. I have NOT hooked up a battery to this car. I do not want to risk any harm to the car. as I have done extensive bodywork in my time. but am not much of a mechanic. And if a bidder is willing to pay good money for this X 1/9. I am willing to let them have a chance to be pleasantly surprised with their purchase of a classic sportscar.
